Any prices shown on this website — including promotional pricing on HeroYou products — are indicative, may exclude taxes, delivery and third-party costs, and may change without notice.
Promotional offers are valid only for the period stated, and while stock or capacity lasts. A binding price applies only once it appears in a written quote we have issued to you and you have accepted it.
8. HeroYou products
HeroYou is our personalized greeting-card and gift-set brand. A few specific points apply:
- Product photography shows examples of previous orders. Your card is drawn around the person you name, so the artwork will differ.
- Colours may vary slightly between screen and print.
- Where a gift-set illustration shows a cake, the cake is not included — only the digital print design for it, and only if that add-on is ordered.
- Personalized items are made to order and, once approved for production, cannot be returned or exchanged except where faulty.
- Any photograph you send us for a personalized design must be one you have the right to use. By sending it, you confirm you have that right and the permission of the person depicted.
- Card characters shown as "coming soon" are in development and are not yet available to order.
